Afsaneh Helali is a Reiki Master, a Certified LifeForce Energy practioner and life coach. She also is a Certified Nurse Practitioner with a PhD in Nursing.

As a nurse practitioner for over 20 years, Afsaneh has worked with adult patients in various settings. For past 20 years she has also worked in academia, guiding students on their journey of becoming nurses or nurse practitioners. Her career in nursing has given her valuable knowledge about the healing processes of the human body.

Afsaneh’s interest in healing the whole person began when she was looking for better/more ways to overcome her own life challenges. She became passionate about meditation and alternative therapies.
Her mission is to help empower individuals in their inner journey to healing the many dimensions—physical and non-physical– that help a person feel whole.
